Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 19 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dream Holidays website and any enquiry, quotation, reservation, booking or travel service requested or purchased through us.
By using our website, submitting a booking request, approving a quotation, authorising payment or confirming a reservation, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. About Dream Holidays
“Dream Holidays”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to:
Legal entity: DREAMHOLIDAYS FOR TRAVELS AND TOURS CO. L.L.C
Legal type: Limited Liability Company – Single Owner
Commercial licence number: 1424735
Licensed business address: Al Sharif Building 2, Naif, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Customer Support Team: support@dreamholidays.llc
Customer support telephone: +971 55 907 3565
Dream Holidays provides travel agency services, including assistance with flights, holidays, tours and other travel-related arrangements.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms apply whenever you:
- Browse or use our website;
- Submit an enquiry or booking request;
- Accept a quotation or itinerary;
- Provide passenger or payment information;
- Make a full or partial payment; or
- Ask us to reserve, issue or amend a travel service.
Additional terms may be shown in your quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or ticket. Where booking-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the booking-specific terms will apply, subject to applicable law.
3. Our Role and Travel Suppliers
Many travel services offered or arranged by Dream Holidays are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer providers, vehicle rental companies, insurance providers and activity operators.
Where we arrange a service as an agent or intermediary, the contract for that travel service is between you and the relevant supplier. The supplier’s fare rules, conditions of carriage, cancellation policy, baggage rules, check-in requirements and other terms will also apply to your booking.
Dream Holidays remains responsible for the travel agency and booking services that we directly provide. Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Travel Information and Availability
Information displayed on our website is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Prices, schedules, routes, seat availability, room availability and other travel details are not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed and, where applicable, the ticket or voucher has been issued.
A search result, verbal discussion, provisional itinerary or quotation does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.
We may correct obvious pricing, availability or description errors. Where an error is discovered after payment, we will contact you and provide the available options, which may include accepting the corrected booking or receiving an appropriate refund.
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
- We have received all required traveller information;
- Any required payment has cleared;
- The relevant supplier has accepted the reservation; and
- We have issued written confirmation, an electronic ticket, voucher or other booking document.
You must review all booking documents immediately and confirm that the traveller names, dates, routes, destinations, passport details and other information are correct.
Passenger names must normally match the traveller’s passport or approved travel document exactly. Suppliers may charge fees for corrections, and some tickets may not permit name changes.
Please notify our Customer Support Team immediately if you identify an error.
6. Prices, Taxes and Service Fees
The total amount payable will be stated in the quotation, payment request, invoice or booking confirmation provided to you.
The total may include:
- Supplier fares or service prices;
- Government and airport taxes;
- Airline or supplier surcharges;
- Optional products or additional services; and
- A Dream Holidays booking, amendment or service fee, where applicable.
Any Dream Holidays service fee will be disclosed before you approve the booking or payment.
Prices may change before ticket issuance or supplier confirmation. We will not add an undisclosed Dream Holidays fee after you have approved the final amount.
Your bank or card provider may separately charge foreign exchange, international transaction or payment-processing fees. Such charges are imposed by the relevant financial institution and are not controlled by Dream Holidays.
7. Payments and Verification
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is complete and accurate.
We may request identity, cardholder or payment verification where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorised transactions.
A payment authorisation or pending card transaction does not guarantee that a booking has been confirmed. Where a booking cannot be completed, any amount collected will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and UAE law.
8. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to:
- The fare or rate rules selected at the time of booking;
- The relevant supplier’s terms;
- Any disclosed Dream Holidays service fee; and
- Applicable consumer law.
Some airline tickets, hotel rates, tours and promotional offers may be non-refundable, non-changeable or subject to substantial cancellation charges.
Before confirming a booking, you should review the applicable cancellation and amendment conditions. Contact Customer Support before attempting to cancel or modify a booking.
A request is not considered completed until Dream Holidays or the relevant supplier has confirmed it in writing.
Where a refund is approved:
- It will normally be returned to the original payment method;
- Supplier cancellation penalties and previously disclosed service fees may be deducted where permitted;
- Processing can begin only after the supplier has authorised or returned the relevant funds; and
- Additional processing time may be required by banks, card issuers or payment providers.
Dream Holidays will not deduct an undisclosed cancellation fee. Nothing in this section affects refund or compensation rights that apply under mandatory UAE consumer law.
9. Changes or Cancellations by a Supplier
Airlines and other suppliers may change schedules, aircraft, routes, accommodation, departure points or other elements of a travel service.
Where we receive notice of a significant supplier change or cancellation, we will use the contact information supplied in the booking to inform you and explain the options made available by the supplier.
These options may include rebooking, an alternative service, travel credit or a refund, depending on the supplier’s rules and applicable law.
Dream Holidays will provide reasonable assistance but does not control operational decisions made by airlines, airports, immigration authorities or other independent suppliers.
10. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements
Travellers are responsible for checking and complying with all applicable:
- Passport validity requirements;
- Visa and transit visa requirements;
- Immigration and entry rules;
- Health or vaccination requirements;
- Customs regulations; and
- Requirements applicable to children or passengers travelling without both parents.
Requirements may depend on nationality, residency, travel history, transit location and destination.
Any visa or entry information provided by Dream Holidays is general guidance only. Final decisions regarding entry, transit or admission are made by the relevant government, embassy, immigration or border authority.
Dream Holidays is not responsible for a traveller being refused boarding or entry because of missing, invalid or insufficient travel documentation, except where the issue was directly caused by our failure to perform a service we expressly agreed to provide.
11. Check-In, Baggage and Missed Travel
You are responsible for checking the supplier’s check-in time, baggage allowance, terminal information and boarding requirements.
Baggage allowances and fees differ between airlines and fare types. Any additional baggage purchased directly from a supplier is governed by that supplier’s terms.
Failure to check in or arrive on time may result in the booking being treated as a no-show. A no-show can cause the loss of the affected flight and, in some cases, later sectors within the same itinerary.
12. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate information;
- Check all documents promptly;
- Keep your contact information current;
- Respond to time-sensitive booking communications;
- Comply with supplier and government requirements;
- Behave lawfully and appropriately while using travel services; and
- Avoid using our website for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for losses or additional costs resulting from materially incorrect information supplied by you, subject to applicable law.
13. Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business travel enquiries and bookings.
You must not:
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- Use automated systems to extract website content without permission;
- Make fraudulent or speculative bookings; or
- Misrepresent your identity or authority to book for another traveller.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, suppliers, our systems or our legal rights.
14. Intellectual Property
The Dream Holidays name, website content, layout, graphics, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Dream Holidays unless otherwise stated.
You may view and retain booking documents for your personal use. You may not reproduce, modify, commercially distribute or exploit website content without prior written permission.
Airline, hotel and supplier names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Liability
Dream Holidays will exercise reasonable care and skill when providing its travel agency and booking services.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- Independent acts or omissions of a travel supplier;
- Government, immigration or airport decisions;
- Delays or disruption outside our reasonable control;
- Loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer;
- Indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable; or
- Loss caused by unlawful or unauthorised use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Dream Holidays will not be considered in breach of these Terms where performance is prevented or materially affected by events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorism, epidemics, government restrictions, border closures, airport closures, industrial action, air-traffic restrictions, supplier insolvency or major technology and communications failures.
Where disruption occurs, we will provide reasonable assistance. Any rebooking, credit or refund will remain subject to the applicable supplier terms and mandatory legal rights.
17. Personal Information
We use customer information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange bookings, process payments, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.
Information may be shared with airlines, hotels, payment providers and other suppliers where necessary to fulfil a booking. Those suppliers may process information in other countries.
Further information about the collection and use of personal data should be provided in the Dream Holidays Privacy Policy.
18. Complaints and Customer Support

We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from contacting an appropriate consumer-protection or regulatory authority.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, suppliers, business operations or legal obligations.
The latest version will be displayed on the website with its effective date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under a confirmed booking unless required by law.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
